Dominic’s Community Centre relies on the generosity and support of individuals, business and Local and National Government agencies to maintain our much needed services for the local community and keep our community centre doors open to the people living in the area.
Our modern centre offers a lifeline to an average of 1500 visitors each month and helps to alleviate poverty, social problems and poor health, through the provision of a wide range of services including; employment and training, over 55's programmes, and children’s services.
The diversity of our projects and the fact that we work with people of all ages from children and young people to older persons means there is always an aspect of our work that will inspire you as an individual or a company to get involved.

At Dominic's Community Centre we recently relaunched our Volunteer Programme. Volunteer engagement in our organization has been crucial in shaping Dominic's Community Centre into the Organisation that it is today.
We are now in a position to expand opportunities for Volunteers under our "Volunteer Programme" and we welcome contact from interested persons who feel that a supported and friendly learning environment in community services piques their interest.

Dominics Community Centre is committed to providing quality student placements to gain new skills in their area of interest such as Community Development, Preschool/Afterschool, or working youth and older people.
We endeavor to ensure that your experience as a student is a positive. That you to feel valued and have benefited from your experience. For that reason, we work very hard to match each student with the right student opportunity.
